The 1960s and 1970s were characterized by a profusion of shapes, colors and striking combinations of hard and precious stones. The Arpels brothers returned from their travels around Asia with some remarkable stones and sources of inspiration. The Heritage collection reflects the inventive spirit of the time.

In the 1960s, the Maison paid tribute to a benevolent and ever-changing nature. Generous and delicate, flora inspired numerous creations.

The kind and sometimes mischievous animals of the Van Cleef & Arpels menagerie have charmed style icons such as Grace Kelly and Jackie Kennedy Onassis. The Heritage collection offers the opportunity to rediscover and collect these playful creations.

Reminiscent of Etruscan and Greek art, jewels in textured or hammered yellow gold were successful in the 1970s. The "crater" jewels poetically evoked the first landing on the Moon in 1969.

At the time, long necklaces that could be converted into several bracelets were in fashion, complemented on occasion by lapel clips. The Heritage collection reintroduces the eye-catching style of a decade defined by freedom and creativity.
