To welcome the arrival of spring, the artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet has composed a colourful garden where slender flowers stand alongside gold and diamond creations. These sprightly motifs are echoes of an enchanted nature for which the Maison recreates the shades and movements.
The mirror polish, a Van Cleef & Arpels signature savoir-faire since the 1920s, is carefully performed by hand on each piece in the Frivole collection to enhance its radiance. The craftsmen’s virtuoso hands and the openings cut into the golden mounts ensure that the light flows unimpeded, intensifying the sparkle of the gemstones.
