Van Cleef & Arpels Seibu Shibuya Boutique will close on September 30, 2026. Accordingly, the acceptance of repairs and orders at this boutique has ended.

Going forward, we will continue to introduce the Maison's creations and services at nearby boutiques in Tokyo and through the e-boutique.

Please be advised that our boutique cleaning services are currently limited to a maximum of 3 items per client. Please note that depending on the situation, we may not be able to accept your request.

Additionally, our Home Collect Service for cleaning is temporarily suspended. We kindly ask for your understanding.
