Please be advised that our boutique cleaning services are currently limited to items you are wearing during your boutique visit. 

Additionally, our Home Collect Service for cleaning is temporarily suspended. We kindly ask for your understanding.

【Yokohama - Sogo】

Van Cleef & Arpels Yokohama – Sogo Boutique had temporarily suspended appointment bookings from January. However, from Wednesday, April 15th, we will resume accepting online reservations for dates from Wednesday, July 1st onwards.

For customers who wish to try on creations or receive guidance, we continue to accept requests directly at the store.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

【Hankyu Umeda Main Store】

Online appointments bookings for store visits are currently temporarily suspended for the Hankyu Umeda Main Store boutique.

Customers who wish to make a reservation should contact the store directly by phone (06-6363-1906) or make a reservation in person at the store.
