To ensure your satisfaction, creations may be exchanged in accordance with the following conditions:
- The creation you wish to exchange must have been purchased through Van Cleef and Arpels’ online boutique (via the Internet or by telephone). It may only be exchanged after contacting our Clients Relations Center within thirty (30) days of the date of the delivery.
- Should you wish to exchange a creation you have ordered, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by calling our Clients Relations Center at 1-877-VAN-CLEEF (877-826-2533). When returning your order, please ensure that any creations being returned for exchange are properly packed and duly insured until delivered to Van Cleef & Arpels.
- Van Cleef and Arpels will at no time exchange creations which have been engraved or modified.
- Any creations to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging in a "new and unused state", with security tags intact and accompanied by all materials and documents included on delivery (notably the guarantee card and any accessories provided with the creation). All the original protective covers and labeling must be attached, together with the duly completed delivery slip and exchange sheet.
- Gifts may be exchanged. If you are a Gift recipient, you can exchange your gift for a creation of an identical or higher price (in the latter case, you will be charged the additional amount). Creations may only be exchanged for items of a lower price when rings, watches and bracelets are changed for a different size. These exchanges are limited to items which are in stock and of the same model: only the purchaser will be credited with the price difference.
- We do not accept exchanges in Van Cleef and Arpels Boutiques.
