From June 17th to August 25th, 2024, the Maison collaborates with French artist Arthur Hoffner to celebrate its new Perlée® collection in four pop-up stores across China. Various jewelry and watchmaking pieces with graphic and luminous silhouettes are showcased, featuring rounded forms and shimmering reflections. These creations illustrate the light and delicate savoir-faire of Van Cleef & Arpels with their diverse styles and materials.

The golden bead, one of the Maison's signature motifs, has adorned its jewelry and watches as a decorative element since the 1920s.This year, bracelets, rings, and earrings are embellished with the radiance of yellow, rose, or white gold and the shimmer of diamonds. Masterfully chosen and set, the gems create intense plays of light against the skin, reflecting Van Cleef & Arpels' expertise.

The new Perlée® diamonds 5-row bracelet features golden beads that dance around the wrist in an asymmetric composition. Consisting of two, three, or five rows, they bring the creation to life with a dynamic interplay of shapes and light. The gemstones are highlighted by openwork on the precious metal, with honeycomb-shaped apertures that allow light to travel through the stones and enhance the overall shine.

Reflecting the creativity of the Maison, the Perlée® diamonds duo ring presents a unique and surprising aesthetic. Both bands are edged with a beaded border and combine to form a dazzling composition that lends itself to endless elegant pairings.

Striking a balance between radiance, movement, and lightness, the Perlée® diamonds earrings showcase the stones in a generously proportioned design. They shine as one, forming a halo of light on either side of the face.

These pop-ups take a deep dive into the Perlée® collection through an interpretation by designer Arthur Hoffner, creating a colorful space. Delicate colored beads playfully harmonize with each other as if floating on a multi-dimensional path, inviting visitors to journey through Perlée®. A craftsman at heart, Arthur Hoffner sits at the crossroads of sculpture and design. When the Maison met the young designer, there was an immediate affinity between his work and the world of Perlée® creations: the interaction between moving shapes and joyful colors resonates with his own explorations.
