    Placing an order

    Van Cleef & Arpels’ e-Boutique can be used from Japan only to order a selection of our creations via the Internet.
    You may also place your order by telephone by dialing 0120-10-1906 from 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, from anywhere within Japan.
    We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB), wire transfer, and Cash on Delivery (for up to 1,000,000 yen).

    Shipping options

    For your convenience, Van Cleef & Arpels’ e-Boutique offers 3 different shipping methods: Standard, Express and Same Day Delivery. The shipping methods displayed at checkout will be the only ones available for the creation(s) you have chosen. Available shipping methods will depend on the stock location of the creation(s).
    Delivery costs depend on the value of your order and the delivery service selected:

    Standard delivery - Complimentary

    Express delivery - Complimentary

    Same day delivery - Complimentary

    You will be informed of the cost for your selected shipping method at checkout, as well as in the order summary displayed before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable in addition to the price (including taxes) of the goods ordered.

    Returning a creation

    To ensure your satisfaction, creations may be exchanged in accordance with the following conditions:

    - The creation you wish to exchange must have been purchased through Van Cleef and Arpels’ e-boutique (via the Internet or by telephone). It may only be exchanged after contacting Le Desk within thirty (30) days of the date of the delivery.

    - Should you wish to exchange a creation you have ordered, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Le Desk. When returning your order, please ensure that any creations being returned for exchange are properly packed and duly insured until delivered to Van Cleef & Arpels.

    - Van Cleef and Arpels will at no time exchange creations which have been engraved or modified.

    - Any creations to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging in a "new and unused state", accompanied by all materials and documents included on delivery, notably the guarantee card and any accessories provided with the creation. All the original protective covers and labeling must be attached, together with the duly completed delivery slip and exchange sheet.

    - Gifts may be exchanged. If you are a Gift recipient, you can exchange your gift for a creation of an identical or higher price (in the latter case, you will be charged the additional amount). Creations may only be exchanged for items of a lower price when rings, watches and bracelets are changed for a different size. These exchanges are limited to items which are in stock and of the same model: only the purchaser will be credited with the price difference.

    - We do not accept exchanges in Van Cleef and Arpels Boutiques. Exceptionally, rings, watches and bracelets may be exchanged in Van Cleef and Arpels Boutiques provided they are being changed for the same model in a different size. In this case, you must contact Le Desk to obtain a Return Authorization Number and so that our advisors can check the availability of the right size in the boutique(s).
