To prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our Maison is strengthening its safety measures. We are operating our boutiques in line with the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), the local authorities’ emergency declaration, and the latest requests from relevant organizations and prefectures.
Since the state of emergency was lifted on May 25th, all of our boutiques across Japan are now open. (last updated on May 30th)

Boutique safety measures
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we would appreciate your cooperation with the following COVID-19 related guidelines.
- To ensure physical distancing, we have placed a limit on the number of customers who can be in the boutique at the same time.
- If you are not feeling well or have a fever or other flu-like symptoms, please refrain from entering the boutique.
- We will need to check the body temperature of all customers who wish to enter the boutique, and ensure that each customer is wearing a mask while inside the boutique.
- We have placed alcohol-based sanitizers at the entrance and throughout the boutique. Please feel free to use them.
Our online boutique is available on our website or through the phone to Le Desk. However, please note that the express delivery service has been suspended, and delivery may take longer than usual. Engraving and customized services such as size adjustments are also not currently available.
Repair & Maintenance products
Our repair workshops are also now closed due to the government directive. Please note that after-sales service requests already received before the government announcement might now require longer delivery times. We are also extending our three-month free of charge repairing service period for new purchases until the end of the disruption. Please contact us with any enquiries once we return to normal operating hours.
