We are pleased to offer our complimentary Home Collect Service. We will safely and securely collect your creation from your home. The experts of the Maison will examine it and perform the requested service, before returning your piece back to you.

In order to preserve your creation during transportation, Van Cleef & Arpels has developed a specific shipping kit that we will be pleased to send you free of charge.
The Van Cleef & Arpels shipping kit includes a set of elements specifically conceived to protect your creation during its travel: it comprises a membrane box, a sleeve, and a protective box.
Upon receipt of your shipping kit, you may carefully pack your creation following the provided indications. In order to preserve your pieces, please make sure to place your earrings on the side and not to superimpose the chain and its motifs.
When the membrane box is properly inserted inside the sleeve, and placed in the protective box, please include a copy of the duly completed service form.
As a precaution, please do not write Van Cleef & Arpels, nor mention the product on the outside of the package.
You may then hand over the package to our delivery partner that will deliver it to our service center.
Within a few days after receiving your creation, a diagnosis will be established by our workshop. We will then contact you by email to provide you a detailed quote with the recommended interventions.
In case the intervention you have requested is complimentary according to the Maison's service policy, it will be immediately performed after the diagnosis.
In case the required intervention is chargeable, we will wait for your approval before performing it. Once we receive it, the service and quality controls will be performed. We will then contact you in order to proceed with the payment.
Your creation will then be shipped securely to your return shipping address. Our delivery partner will contact you directly to confirm shipment details.
