In order to optimize your experience, the Maison will be upgrading its online boutique and services to bring you a better shopping experience.

Our online boutique and phone sales service availabilty will be adjusted as below:

Delivery delays: 

- If you have submitted your order and completed payment between 5 pm on October 26th and 12 pm on October 31st, we will start to process your order from November 4th and arrange delivery according to order sequence.

Returns and exchanges: 

- If you would like to return or exchange a creation you purchased, we invite you to do so before the 21st October. All later requests will be processed after the November 4th with a return pickup service arranged by the Maison.

If your returned creation meets our return policy (please refer to our return policy in below here), we will arrange a refund or exchange for you accordingly.

Shopping services:

- Our online boutique will closed on November 1st and will reopen on November 2nd.
