We believe that immersion within the Maison begins with the recruitment process. Therefore, we want to offer candidates an experience that reflects its values.
Recruitment is a collaborative process. It involves people from various departments and management levels, emphasizing the close collaboration between Human Resources and all other teams.
The different stages of the recruitment process:
Induction program
The first few months are key to the integration of any newcomer within Van Cleef & Arpels.
A dedicated program is established by the manager to welcome the new team member in the best possible conditions and support them during this period.
To foster a good integration, several meetings are organized with the Human Resources team and the manager. These opportunities for discussion allow for setting objectives for the first few months, sharing the team member's impressions, and answering their questions.
In parallel, induction days are organized, providing a comprehensive overview of the Maison's organization and its range of professions.
As part of this induction process, newcomers also attend a range of courses and conferences at L'ECOLE, School of Jewelry Arts. The aim of these courses is to develop knowledge and kindle curiosity about craftsmanship and the history of jewelry overall.
