The Maison would be delighted to assist you for any service requests you may have. 

We invite you to visit one of our boutiques in order to drop off your creation for service. 

Alternatively, Van Cleef & Arpels offers home collect service, where we invite you to send us your creation free of charge at any time. The experts of the Maison will then examine it and perform the requested service, before returning your piece back to you.
