Our Maison jewelry experts apply their technical know-how to finely shape the metal of a ring, modify the length of a chain, adapt the post or clip mechanism of an earclip.
Performed within at least 2 weeks, this service is always undertaken with respect to the original technical and aesthetic specifications of each creation.

The Maison's jewelry experts will use their expertise to repair the links of your chain, mend or replace the clasp of your creation, and ensure all stones are secure.

In the event that other interventions are required, our jewelry experts will dedicate their expertise to restoring the beauty of your creation. Our Boutiques will be pleased to advise you on the appropriate service and provide you with a more detailed estimate.

Your jewelry is part of you – it accompanies you throughout your life which can result in wear and tear over time. In order to revive its original brilliance, our boutiques and workshop experts offer a shining service where a careful cleaning of your creation is performed.
Various methods can be applied according to the delicacy of the materials and the technical specifications of the creation. These range from immersing the creation in a gentle cleansing bath followed with a thorough drying, to cleaning it with a special paste and cloth to reveal its shine and remove superficial scratches.

Should your creation contains deeper scratches, a polishing service can also be performed. We highly recommend to limit the number of polishings your creation receives in order to preserve its integrity over time.

Authentication service

If you wish to determine if your piece is an authentic Van Cleef & Arpels creation and protect its value over time, our experts will perform thorough research in the Maison’s historical archives, while using their technical expertise to analyze your piece. 

Upon completion, you will receive an appropriate Van Cleef & Arpels document informing you of the conclusion.

Valuation service

If you purchased a Van Cleef & Arpels creation directly from the Maison, our experts will perform a thorough analysis of your piece to determine the retail replacement value. 

Upon completion, you will receive a Valuation document stating the retail replacement value.   

These services require 3-6 months for completion. We invite you to bring your creation into a Van Cleef & Arpels boutique where our sales ambassadors will be pleased to assist you. 

Our boutiques in Russia are temporarily closed and in order for you to enjoy your creation at all times, and to ensure an optimal maintenance of your jewelry product, we are pleased to offer a Home collect service. This service, allows you to send The Maison your creation free of charge, our experts will examine it and perform the requested service, before returning your piece back to you.
