The Vintage Alhambra® ring brings together the radiance of 18K yellow gold and the silky luster of tiger’s eye. Meticulously selected, this ornamental stone is distinguished by warm nuances ranging from honey to deep brown and by fine parallel bands running through the material. Framed by the Maison’s signature double-beaded contour, the motif is illuminated at its center by a round diamond, enhancing the brilliance of the piece.

A stone from the quartz family, tiger’s eye is characterized by its chatoyant effect with yellow and brown bands. The stone reveals a silky shine that changes according to the way light is reflected among its fine parallel lines.

For its creations, Van Cleef & Arpels carefully selects stones in warm shades ranging from honey to deep brown. The Maison ensures that each tiger’s eye stone features a beautiful balance of light and dark bands with regular, straight lines.

A diamond forms through a combination of exceptional factors of temperature and pressure, deep down in the Earth’s mantle. Then each one is scrutinized by the meticulous eye of the Van Cleef & Arpels expert gemologists. Beyond meeting strict scientific criteria, the diamonds must also match the excellence and taste of Maison while considering the beauty and elegance of each stone, which make it stand out from the others.
