Thanks to the craftsmen's virtuosity, light flows unimpeded on the creations, creating intense reflections on the skin.

The mirror polish technique enhances the curves and volumes of the Maison's emblematic creations. This particularly demanding know-how highlights gold surfaces, a material which reveals its glow with every polishing step.

A delicate polishing in three phases

To reveal the full shine of the precious metal, the polisher is involved in every step of creating a piece. He intervenes before and after setting, and he carries out a final polishing after the complete assembly. Each surface is thus polished, including the most difficult to access, using threads, brushes, and abrasive pastes.

An expertise embedded in the Maison's heritage

A Van Cleef & Arpels' emblematic savoir-faire at the service of light, mirror polish has been appreciated over the decades on a multitude of clips, earrings, rings, bracelets, pendants and objects. It illuminates the Maison's sources of inspiration, from nature to couture, from love to luck, expressing its enchanting universe with sparkle.
