Van Cleef & Arpels is expanding its Jour Nuit collection with the introduction of the Midnight Jour Nuit Phase de Lune watch, a creation in honor of the Moon, a longstanding source of inspiration for the Maison.
The watch features two overlapping complications housed within the case. The first animates the eponymous Jour/Nuit display, while the second "astronomical" complication illustrates the current Moon phase, a feature that entered the watchmaking history of Van Cleef & Arpels in 1929.
The Midnight Jour Nuit Phase de Lune watch showcases the rhythm of the cosmos.
Enliven its dial.

Adorned with yellow sapphires, the sun illuminates the hours of the day, while the diamond-paved moon watches over a sky studded with stars.
Thanks to the depth effect of the Murano aventurine glass, these pieces portray the immensity of the cosmos and the magic of a starry night. A veritable feat of technical design, the aventurine glass presents delicate openwork to hold the diamond-set white-gold stars.

Lady Arpels Planétarium offers a unique voyage into a cosmic spectacle. Each planet respects its actual space rotation.
To read time, just follow the shooting star.
The planets revolve around the Sun, whereas the Moon rotates around the Earth.
A celestial spectacle.
Figurative reproductions of the heavens are a long-standing tradition. The term "planetarium" came into being in ancient times, referring to models representing the Sun, the Moon, and the planets closest to Earth.
In 2022, eight years after the revelation of its Planétarium collection, Van Cleef & Arpels revisits what has become an emblematic concept, and presents a new Extraordinary Object™ to enrich its universe of Poetic Astronomy™.
In 2023, the Maison proposes a variation of the automaton in a new combination of materials. The Sun is orned by yellow sapphires, spessartite garnets and diamonds; black aventurine glass discs set with diamonds suggest the vastness of the cosmos.
The collection expands in 2025 with a new Extraordinary Object, featuring a combination of materials in luminous hues.
Immerse yourself into the beauty of the cosmos with the Planétarium automaton and discover this Extraordinary Object™ through a poetic 3D journey.

With the Quantième de Saison movement, the Midnight in Paris watch makes it possible to tell the time while observing the actual position of the stars in the Paris sky at your wrist.

Dazzled by the spectacle of the heavens and stars, Van Cleef & Arpels presents a collection inspired by the constellations of the Zodiac. Thanks to a mechanical movement, the Midnight Zodiaque Lumineux watches render the delicate shimmer of the firmament.
Delicate enamel beads render the constellation's contour and light up on demand. Without the need of a battery, the illumination of each constellation finds its source in the mechanical movement.
