Hong Kong Landmark Prince's boutique, Van Cleef & Arpels

Van Cleef & Arpels reopens the doors of its Landmark Prince’s flagship boutique at the end of October after completing a thorough metamorphosis. Located in the heart of Hong Kong SAR, China on 10 Chater Road since its grand opening in 2011, this revamp reaffirms Van Cleef & Arpels’ presence and commitment to the city. The renovated interior space spanning over 220m2 and extending two floors, reveals a dazzling transformation: a subtle balance between lush nature and contemporary architecture and design.

“The design of each Van Cleef & Arpels’ Maison calls for special care and attention. It must reflect the identity of Van Cleef & Arpels, while remaining anchored in the culture of the country or region. The Jouin Manku Agency – which designed the original boutique nearly ten years ago – carried out this renovation project, which enables all the Maison's collections to be presented in a setting that is both welcoming and contemporary.”

The Jouin Manku Agency, a long-standing partner of the Maison, has worked on a nature-inspired concept. Van Cleef & Arpels and the Jouin agency have collaborated before on various scenographic exhibitions and other boutique concepts. From the recent modernization of the historic Place Vendôme boutique to this latest work in Hong Kong, for Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, each project is an opportunity to blend their multidisciplinary approach with Van Cleef & Arpels’ universe.

The Landmark Prince’s boutique’s new design pays homage to the natural landscape and lush mountains of Hong Kong by inviting visitors to an escape of serenity and enchantment.
