Fairies
Whimsical and benevolent, the fairies first entered the universe of Van Cleef & Arpels at the beginning of the 1940s. Their magical presence and winged silhouette have since then accompanied the Maison’s history.
Spirit of beauty
In the secrecy of the workshops, Van Cleef & Arpels’ Mains d’Or™ sculpted the Spirit of Beauty, first fairy clip of the Maison. With its delicate rose-cut diamond face, this doubled-winged figure points her wand towards the Place Vendôme's night sky, illuminating it with sparkling magic.

A brilliant destiny
Symbols of joy and hope, Van Cleef & Arpels fairies emerged during the darkest times of the twentieth century. Their benevolent magic illuminates the creation of the Maison, bringing omens of a glistening destiny.
Enchanted nature
Guardians of Van Cleef & Arpels’ Enchanted nature, fairies are a jewelry interpretation of Shakespeare’s masterpiece giving birth to the Midsummer Night's Dream High Jewelry collection, in 2003. Puckish little beings, they flutter in shimmering gardens, playing hide-and-seek among colorful flowers.
