Your jewelry bracelet may also be adjusted in order to ensure optimal comfort.

We recommend that you change the battery of your quartz timepiece at least every 2 years. An old battery should not remain within the watch as it could damage the movement.
Van Cleef & Arpels battery replacement service requires 1 week, during which our watchmaking experts will also evaluate the performance of the movement and the water resistance of the watch.

Van Cleef & Arpels watchmaking experts are dedicated to providing long-term care for your timepiece over the years. Complete service, recommended every 5 years, ensures that your watch is functioning perfectly by checking each of its internal and external parts.
The most delicate step of this service involves the thorough disassembly of your timepiece. Components are cleaned, lubricated and replaced if necessary, before being gently and accurately put back into place. Finally, the watchmaker changes the seal and recloses the case.
Upon reassembly, the timepiece is brought back to life and a series of tests are performed to guarantee the perfect health of your watch.

This service is guaranteed for a period of one year.

The restoration service honors the passage of time, years and generations recorded by your timepiece. Our expert watchmakers dive into the history of your watch, examining every detail.
This meticulous service requires a great deal of expertise and can potentially require the manufacturing of custom components. Most importantly, the original functionalities and integrity of your watch are revived, while its individuality and the treasured memories that surround it are preserved.

Authentication service

If you wish to determine if your piece is an authentic Van Cleef & Arpels creation and protect its value over time, our experts will perform thorough research in the Maison’s historical archives, while using their technical expertise to analyze your piece. 

Upon completion, you will receive an appropriate Van Cleef & Arpels document informing you of the conclusion.

Valuation service

If you purchased a Van Cleef & Arpels creation directly from the Maison, our experts will perform a thorough analysis of your piece to determine the retail replacement value. 

Upon completion, you will receive a Valuation document stating the retail replacement value.   

These services require 3-6 months for completion. We invite you to bring your creation into a Van Cleef & Arpels boutique where our sales ambassadors will be pleased to assist you. 

Our boutiques in Russia are temporarily closed and in order for you to enjoy your creation at all times, and to ensure an optimal maintenance of your timepiece, we are pleased to offer a Home collect service. This service, allows you to send The Maison your creation free of charge, our experts will examine it and perform the requested service, before returning your piece back to you.
