In May 2025, Van Cleef & Arpels is pleased to announce the relocation of its boutique to a new address on Bahnhofstrasse, in the heart of Zurich's premier shopping district. This relocation underscores the Maison's enduring commitment to cultivating close relationships with its clientele, a value that has been central to its philosophy since its origins.

Situated within a building dating from the 1970s, the new boutique encompasses two floors and approximately 268 square meters of space. The design is intended to evoke the ambiance of an elegant Parisian apartment. Upon entering, visitors are welcomed to the main area, which is illuminated by a magnificent handcrafted Murano glass chandelier. Adjacent to this space, a refined lounge provides an intimate setting with its arched walls and comfortable seating. Private salons offer an exclusive environment for exploring Van Cleef & Arpels’ enchanting universe and its most exclusive creations. From the entrance hall, a grand library invites visitors to continue their journey to the lower floor, unveiling a bar and an additionnal salon. The design concept incorporates Art Deco elements, complemented by sophisticated curtains and handcrafted panels that lead a sense of rhythm to the space. The Maison's signature materials and colors, including gradations of black and gold, ensure a continuity with its heritage, while innovative touches introduce a contemporary dimension to this traditional aesthetic.

To celebrate its opening, the new boutique will host "Welcome to Van Cleef & Arpels’ World" until August 30th, 2025. This exhibition, presented in one of the boutique’s lounges, showcases a selection of emblematic pieces from the Maison’s patrimonial Collection. These creations exemplify Van Cleef & Arpels’ savoir-faire, innovative spirit, pursuit of excellence and key sources of inspiration, highlighting the richness of its universe.
