Van Cleef & Arpels welcomes its newcomers with the "Once Upon a Time" program, designed to ensure a step-by-step integration throughout their first year. Upon arrival, they are introduced to the history, culture, and organization of the Maison, as well as the world of High Jewelry, its exceptional know-how and iconic collections. Throughout their journey, they acquire knowledge and skills that will enable them to grow within Van Cleef & Arpels.

 

Team members' development is one of the Maison's priorities, convinced that careers are built through commitment, curiosity, and continuous learning. That is why we encourage team members to be proactive in their own development, whether in their current role or in preparing for future opportunities within the Maison or the Group. Beyond training, on-the-job experiences, close collaboration between departments, and specialized programs allow them to regularly expand their expertise.
