    Placing an order

    Van Cleef & Arpels’ online boutique can be used from the US only to order a selection of our creations via the Internet.
    You may also place your order by telephone by calling 1-877-VAN-CLEEF (877-826-2533) from 10am to 10pm (EST) Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6.30pm (EST) on Saturday, from anywhere within the US.
    We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover.

    Shipping options

    For your convenience, Van Cleef & Arpels’ online boutique offers 2 different shipping methods: Standard and Express. The shipping methods displayed at checkout will be the only ones available for the creation(s) you have chosen. Available shipping methods will depend on the stock location of the creation(s).

    Shipping method STANDARD: Free
     (5-7 Business Days)

    Shipping method EXPRESS: Free (1-2 Business days)*

    You will be informed of the cost for your selected shipping method at checkout, as well as in the order summary displayed before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable in addition to the price (including taxes) of the goods ordered.

    * Only Express orders placed Monday through Friday, before 12pm EST, are eligible to be shipped out the same business day.

    Returning a creation

    To ensure your satisfaction, creations may be exchanged in accordance with the following conditions:

    - The creation you wish to exchange must have been purchased through Van Cleef and Arpels’ online boutique (via the Internet or by telephone). It may only be exchanged after contacting our Clients Relations Center within thirty (30) days of the date of the delivery.

    - Should you wish to exchange a creation you have ordered, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by calling our Clients Relations Center at 1-877-VAN-CLEEF (877-826-2533). When returning your order, please ensure that any creations being returned for exchange are properly packed and duly insured until delivered to Van Cleef & Arpels.

    - Van Cleef and Arpels will at no time exchange creations which have been engraved or modified.

    - Any creations to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging in a "new and unused state", with security tags intact and accompanied by all materials and documents included on delivery (notably the guarantee card and any accessories provided with the creation). All the original protective covers and labeling must be attached, together with the duly completed delivery slip and exchange sheet.

    - Gifts may be exchanged. If you are a Gift recipient, you can exchange your gift for a creation of an identical or higher price (in the latter case, you will be charged the additional amount). Creations may only be exchanged for items of a lower price when rings, watches and bracelets are changed for a different size. These exchanges are limited to items which are in stock and of the same model: only the purchaser will be credited with the price difference.
